Burger 21 Will Have Burger Lovers Drooling!

Happy Monday Love Bugs,

My summer has officially begun, which means I will be blogging a lot more.  To kick off my sumer blog sessions, I decided to share an amazing new burger joint located in Ft. Lauderdale.  Next time you are in the area, you have got to check out Burger 21, a great new modern restaurant featuring burgers that will blow your mind and leave your jaw on the floor!

My bestie and I were in the mood for a juicy burger, so we decided to stop in at Burger 21 to try it out.  As soon as I walked into Burger 21, I noticed the modern decor.  The white chairs with red, black and gray accents are very complimentary.  I noticed it was also very clean and inviting.  There are booths and tables as well as high tops and a bar for milkshakes too.  I definitely felt comfortable while enjoying my lunch.

Burger 21 is set up so that you can place your order at a station when you walk in.  You then find your seat and it is delivered to you.  Condiments and drinks are self serve.  What I found surprising was that even though it is a self serve restaurant, the staff was very attentive to our needs.  They often walk past us asking if there was anything else they could get us, or even offered to refill our drinks.  The service was outstanding which made the experience that much more enjoyable.

I could not believe the amount of burgers that were offered at Burger 21.  There are so many to choose from!  I am sure that no matter how you enjoy your burger, you will be able to order it your way and more!  Click here for the full menu list off of the Burger 21 website.  My best friend and I chose the cheesy burger.  It was fully loaded with flavor and I can honestly say I licked my fingers clean!

While the burger was out of this world, you must order fries with cheese and ale sauce.  My bestie hates cheese fries, but being that I love all kinds of cheese, I ordered some of this as my side.  It was soooooo delicious that even the cheese hater at the table kept asking for more!  The cheese and ale sauce is topped with fresh scallions and cruncy bacon and takes cheese fries to a whole ‘nother level.

Another favorite of mine is sauce.  Who doesn’t love sauce?!  It is what spices up food and kicks it up a notch.  I noticed Burger21 has a very distinguished sauce bar with several different sauces to choose from.  I was able to try some and load it up on my burger.  From sweet to salty, there is a variety to meet your party’s needs.  They are finger lickin’ good! Check out some of these unique flavors!

Here are the sauces I tried: Top left: Thai Ketchup, Top Right: Ragin' Cajun, Bottom Left: Honey Mustard, Bottom Right: Chipotle Mayo.

There are also some delicious milkshakes available for purchase at Burger 21.  We did not try any of the milkshakes because we were so full, however, I was able to catch the barista in action as she made a chocolate shake and I must say, it looked great.  My friend and I decided to share a chocolate chip cookie with toffee pieces and it was so scrumptious!

Although the prices are not on the website, Burger 21 is reasonably priced.  We spent a total of $25 for two fountain drinks, two burgers, one order of fries and cheese and ale sauce, and one cookie.  Not too shabby if you ask me.  Click here for the official Burger 21 website for more information!
